Steve began his creative career in New York as the art director for The New York Hall of Science in Queens, NY — followed two years later in New York’s magazine publishing industry.
After proving himself in traditional magazines through money-saving processes and innovative design, he was named Group Creative Director for the internet presence of national magazine titles such as Unique Homes, Viewpoint, Business Traveler and Playgirl Magazine. The websites generated $11 million dollars in new revenues.
Internet Marketing & Promotions
Steve left the magazine industry to explore the exciting internet entertainment market. As an innovative pioneer of interactive promotions, web sites and on-line games, he motivated millions of internet shoppers to buy, buy, buy for national brands such as Kraft Foods, AutoBytel, Playgirl Magazine, Pop Secret and Wrigley’s Gum — collecting seven national awards in the process.
Next, he designed and oversaw a database-driven on-line shopping portal for over 60 national companies such as J.Jill, Panache and Chiasso.

Port Authority of NY/NJ – Airport Parking — Marketing arm of parking services for LaGuardia, Newark Liberty and JFK Airports servicing 300+ million annual parkers.
> Increased the number of parkers by 8% through market research and resultant targeted sales messages for delivery via videos, e-mails, billboards, signage, and print advertising.
Dentist On Call — Manufacturer of OTC dental products distributed in retail outlets such as Walmart, RightAid, Walgreens, CVS and others.
> Helped open new retail outlets and increased sales by 5% through rebranding – including full product line, national print ads, marketing e-mails, sell sheets and e-commerce web site.
> The Dentist On Call brand and products were acquired in November, 2018.
Yang Ming North America — International Container Shipping Company backed by the Taiwanese government expanding throughout North America.
Gained U.S. market share through a strongly branded print campaign focusing on speed and agility. Yang Ming Line has grown in one generation from a family business with three small ships to an international contender with over 100 ships and 95 ports of call.

The Future — Steve’s life responsibilities have kept him local for years. Fortunately, at this point in his life, responsibilities have eased tremendously. Commuting, long or unpredictable hours – even business travel – are no longer problematic.
